About the Founder
Meet the FounderHi, I'm Bayek Braswell, founder of Steph1 Fam Agency.Gaming has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom introduced me to video games when I was just 2 years old, and that passion has never left me. Over the past 31+ years, gaming has grown from a childhood hobby into a lifelong passion that has shaped who I am today.Growing up, I spent countless hours playing in arcades throughout the Midwest, where I developed not only my love for gaming but also an appreciation for the friendships and communities that naturally form around it. During my teenage years, I competed in gaming tournaments, experiences that taught me teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and the importance of continuous improvement.Long before I ever became a streamer, I spent several years simply supporting other creators. I genuinely enjoyed showing up in livestreams, encouraging people, chatting with communities, and watching others chase their dreams. Looking back, I realize that community has always been my passion.In September 2024, I officially began my own streaming journey. It didn't take long for me to recognize many of the same struggles that countless creators experience every day.I met talented people who wanted to stream but didn't have the equipment to get started. Others had the passion but lacked guidance, confidence, or a community willing to help them take those first steps. I also experienced the realities of platform discoverability, especially on Twitch, where many creators struggle to be seen despite putting in countless hours of work.Beyond discoverability, I noticed something else.I saw many creators trying to grow completely on their own. Networking was becoming less common, genuine support was difficult to find, and too many people felt like they had to figure everything out without anyone in their corner.That's what inspired me to create Steph1 FamMy vision has never been to build just another TikTok LIVE agency. I wanted to build something that could help bridge that gap.A place where creators could find encouragement instead of discouragement.A place where education replaces confusion.A place where networking is welcomed instead of avoided.A place where opportunities are shared instead of guarded.And most importantly, a place where people genuinely celebrate each other's success.If I can help someone launch their streaming journey with more confidence, better support, and greater opportunities than I had when I started, then I've accomplished exactly what I set out to do.To me, success has never been about follower counts, viewership, or recognition.Success is watching someone believe in themselves again.Success is seeing someone purchase their very first streaming setup because someone invested in their dream.Success is watching creators build friendships that last long after the stream ends.Success is knowing that together we created opportunities that may not have existed otherwise.That's why I want Steph1 Fam to be more than an agency.I want it to feel like family.A place where people encourage one another, share knowledge, celebrate milestones, lift each other up during difficult times, and remember that no one has to grow alone.Everything we build is centered around one simple belief:One Family. Real Growth.Looking Toward the FutureWhile Steph1 Fam Agency is focused on helping creators today, I believe this is only the beginning of a much larger vision.As we continue to grow, I hope to expand beyond content creation and develop new programs, educational resources, partnerships, and opportunities that strengthen not only the creator community but also the communities around us.One of the dreams closest to my heart is establishing a nonprofit organization in honor of my late aunt. While I'm choosing to keep the name private for now, the purpose behind it has never changed.My vision is to build an organization dedicated to serving people facing challenges such as:* Mental health support and awareness
